Robinhood Stock Tokens
Every asset on Dexstock is a Robinhood Stock Token — an ERC-20 token issued by Robinhood on Robinhood Chain that gives you economic exposure to a real stock or ETF.
A token is not the share itself. A Robinhood Stock Token tracks the economic value of an underlying stock or ETF, but holding one gives you no shareholder, voting or ownership rights in the underlying company. You are holding price exposure — nothing more.
What you actually own
- An on-chain, ERC-20 token that moves with the price of a specific stock or ETF.
- Held in your own wallet, self-custodied and transferable like any token.
- Tradable 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays — it is not limited to exchange hours.
How value tracks the stock
The tokens are issued and backed by Robinhood against real shares or ETFs held by the issuer. That backing is what keeps a token's value tied to the price of the underlying instrument. In legal terms, the tokens are structured as tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited — an instrument that references the underlying's value rather than conferring the underlying itself.

Availability of tokenised assets is restricted in many jurisdictions. Not every ticker is available as a token, and the tradable universe is defined by what Robinhood issues on Robinhood Chain.
